Tony Gutta, President of Oil & Gas
Tony Gutta serves as President of Oil & Gas at Antelope. Tony was the President of Hillstone where he oversaw Hillstone’s midstream saltwater disposal, water recycling, solids handling, and heavy brine operations in the Permian, Marcellas and Utica, prior to co-founding Probitas Water Solutions, where he served as CEO. During Tony’s last two years with Hillstone prior to the company’s sale to NGL Energy Partners LP, he was directly responsible for managing the disposal and recycling of nearly 200 million barrels of water. Prior to Hillstone, Tony was the President of Shalewater Solutions and oversaw operations in the Marcellus and Utica. Tony has significant water treatment experience and is the second named inventor on three US patents.
Chris Stanton, Vice President of Oil & Gas
Chris Stanton serves as Vice President of Oil & Gas at Antelope. He was the Permian General Manager for Hillstone, prior to co-founding Probitas, where he served as COO. At Hillstone, Chris oversaw all daily operations in the Permian where Hillstone was receiving 400,000 barrels of produced water per day. Prior to Hillstone, Chris was the Director of Residual Waste for Shalewater Solutions where he managed over 60 employees, oversaw multiple water infrastructure facility buildouts, and dealt with numerous government agencies regarding permitting and environmental compliance.
Ryan Vernon, Vice President of Finance
Ryan Vernon serves as Vice President of Finance at Antelope. He was Accounting Manager at Hillstone, prior to co-founding Probitas, where he was CFO. He holds a B.S.B.A with a concentration in Accounting from West Virginia University. He joins Antelope as Vice President of Finance with responsibilities for corporate finance and accounting for water infrastructure operations, and supports valuation, strategy, and business development for Antelope’s broader activities.
Alex de Vogel, Vice President of Finance & Operations
Alexander leads coordination for corporate finance, project finance, and operational integration initiatives. He also leads integrated diligence on Antelope investments as it relates to the intersection of operations, ESG particulars, and the company's long-term strategic outlook. Alex supported diligence efforts on Antelope's asset acquisition of KMX Membrane Technologies, Corp., and now supports the KMX Board in its operational activities and strategic initiatives. He also supports Antelope in new business development. Alex started his career as a roustabout in Williston, North Dakota for a prominent PE backed oilfield services company, and served in a variety of operating, finance, and strategic roles during his time with the company. As a result, he developed experience in upstream and midstream operations, strategy and finance. He also developed and implemented new business service lines, led project management initiatives, and initiated long-term value add projects in-concert with the company's financial sponsor during this period.
