Cynthia A. Archer - Board of Directors
Ms. Archer served as Chief Marketing Officer & Executive Vice President at Sunoco LP. She has also served as Senior Vice President of the Intermodal Business Group and member of the Executive Leadership Team at Consolidated Rail Corporation. She has been a member of the Board of Directors at Sunoco Logistics Partners LP and Mercantile Bankshares Corp. She is currently a Vice-Chair of the Bryn Mawr College Board, and a Director of The Common Application. Ms. Archer graduated with a B.A. from Bryn Mawr College and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
H.H. “Tripp” Wommack III - Board Observer and Advisor
Mr. Wommack was the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Basic Energy Services. He has served on the Board of C&J Energy Services, Inc., and continues to serve on the Board of Key Energy Services. He founded and previously served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Southwest Royalties, Inc., and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pyote Well Service. He is currently Chairman, CEO, and President of Warrior Technologies, LLC, which is involved in tank cleaning in the Permian Basin. Mr. Wommack graduated with a B.A. from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and earned a J.D. from the University of Texas.
Jill Cooper, JD, Senior Principal Consultant at Geosyntec Consultants - Advisor
Jill is a leading authority on environmental law and compliance issues in the extractive industries and brings more than 26 years of experience focused on environmental compliance, sustainability, pollution prevention practices, and management systems development for clients in government, academia and the mining, oil and natural gas, food and agriculture, and manufacturing industries. She recently chaired the Energy Water Initiative (EWI), a collaborative industry effort to study, communicate and improve life-cycle water use and management in onshore oil and natural gas exploration and production. Hubert Fleming, PhD, Head of Water Strategy, Anglo American plc - Advisor
Dr. Fleming received master and doctorate degrees in chemical engineering from Cornell University, and MBA at Harvard Business School. Hu is well known in water and environmental circles, with more than hundred publications, sixteen patents, and four books in various aspects of water management, including the Handbook of Membrane Technology. Hu is co-chairman, Water Working Group, International Council of Mining and Metals, Chairman, Task Group on Water for World Health Organization, EPA’s Clean Water Act Advisory Group. as well as chairman of NATO’s Advisory Group on Environmental Management. He was recently an invited speaker at the United Nations as part of World Water Day, as well as various Congressional committees on water and environmental issues. Dr. Fleming’s leadership in the water and mining industry coupled with his extensive experience solving water challenges in the extractive industries greatly enhances Antelope’s mission.
Morris Hoagland, P.E., Director, Jade Dragon LLC - Advisor
Morris has been working in the oil & gas, chemical process and construction industries for over 40 years specializing in environmental sciences. Most of his work has been involved with water and wastewater treatment, hazardous waste treatment, landfill and hydraulic project liner technologies, wastewater and produced water treatment in the oil & gas exploration and processing industry. Mr. Hoagland has lived in Singapore, China, Scotland, Malaysia, and Dubai. Mr. Hoagland graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 1976, then a Masters of Chemical Engineering in 1978, both degrees from the University of Louisville, USA. Mr. Hoagland was more recently Director New Technologies for CETCO Energy Services out of Lafayette, LA where he managed global engineering for CETCO Energy Services. He now does independent consulting on international projects for the oil & gas industry. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Produced Water Society. His extensive experience and expertise with water technology and operations enhances Antelope’s technical and operational capabilities.
Upmanu Lall, PhD, Director, Columbia Water Center at Columbia University - Advisor
Dr. Upmanu Lall is a world-renowned hydrologist and Director of the Columbia Water Center at Columbia University. Professor Lall is also the Alan & Carol Silberstein Professor of Engineering, and Chair of the Department of Earth and Environmental Engineering. Over his 42 years of experience as a hydrology professor, Prof. Lall has developed expertise in statistical and numerical modeling of hydrologic and climatic systems and water resource planning and management. As a leading authority on groundwater, ecology, water and mining, and watershed systems, Prof. Lall brings unique experience and expertise to Antelope and its mission of providing sustainable solutions to the extractive industries.
